Same Bible, Different Language ~ Part One

Strange how we all read the same Bible but speak a different language. Is it though? With so many believers on this planet, why does it go from one extreme to another. Some things are similar among all, but many views can sometimes make one wonder if they're even reading the same Bible.

I don't expect anyone to fully comprehend what I'm about to share, if any do, it's only because God has chosen to reveal it, through His Holy Spirit, His Son, Jesus Christ.

Matthew 11:27 ASV — All things have been delivered unto me of my Father: and no one knoweth the Son, save the Father; neither doth any know the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son willeth to reveal him.

I have broken this down into three blog posts, this being the first part.

Let's look back on the days of Babel...Genesis 11:1-9

Genesis 11:9 ASV — Therefore was the name of it called Babel; because Jehovah did there confound the language of all the earth: and from thence did Jehovah scatter them abroad upon the face of all the earth.

Jehovah God changed their language to create confusion. Is that not what's happening today? Jesus himself said he came to create division.

Luke 12:51 ASV — Think ye that I am come to give peace in the earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division:

What is the greatest division on earth today?

Aside from Politics, it's Religion. (Church and State) Every religion pledges they're the truth, yet we know there's only one that was the Way, the Truth, and the Life...Jesus Christ.

John 14:6 ASV — Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life: no one cometh unto the Father, but by me.

What does Religion do?

It takes teachings from one extreme to the other... Their are some, whom I thought knew both, the Father and Son. I'm now understanding, through many years of false teachings and programming of literature, that many of those (not all) don't recognize the Son.

Sadly, many whom have left to explore other possibilities, have now gone to the other extreme and have forgotten who the Father was, and now believe in the trinity "triune God", or they simply never knew who the Father was to begin with...some have even become agnostic or atheist.

The same happens in reverse, there are many (not all) who leave the trinitarian 'triune" belief behind and are gradually taught to disregard the Power of the Son of God, that was given to him, by our heavenly Father, Jehovah.

Romans 1:4 ASV — who was declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead; even Jesus Christ our Lord,

2 Corinthians 13:4 ASV — for he was crucified through weakness, yet he liveth through the power of God. For we also are weak in him, but we shall live with him through the power of God toward you.

I personally have never forgotten the Father, nor the Son. They were all I knew as a child, it was not the organization that drew me close to them, it was through Jehovah God's word the Bible, and His Holy SpiritJesus Christ. As a child, I had lost my way, but I was called upon, by Jehovah (Born Again), when I was 50 years old. I returned to the Love I once had, I have full Faith and Believe in Him, wholeheartedly. I have no doubts, Jehovah God has a plan. Timing is everything...but it's His timing, not ours.

Romans 9:11 ASV — for the children being not yet born, neither having done anything good or bad, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth,

The gate is narrow for a reason...

Matthew 7:14 ASV — For narrow is the gate, and straitened the way, that leadeth unto life, and few are they that find it.

You can be a sheep or a goat, the choice is yours.

The tendency...

Non-trinitarians: "It's about the law"

You say you know the Father, but how well do you know the Son?

You use the law to hide behind your sin. You make it all about the Father and don't put enough emphasis on the power of the Christ...in some religious groups he's not even recognized.

Isaiah 43:11 ASV — I, even I, am Jehovah; and besides me there is no saviour.

You believe in Jehovah and that's good, as He saves all. He is not partial, that's why He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, so all can be saved (Jews and Gentiles), because what Jesus did, no man can do.

1 Corinthians 15:45 ASV — So also it is written, The first man Adam became a living soul. The last Adam became a life-giving spirit.

The Firstborn of the New Heaven and New Earth...

Colossians 1:15-16 ASV — who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation; for in him were all things created, in the heavens and upon the earth, things visible and things invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers; all things have been created through him, and unto him;

Trinitarians: "It's all about the gospel" The trinity of a Triune God.

You say you know the Son, but how well do you know the Father?

You complain the NWT is bias and not a Bible because it added Jehovah's name to the New Testament. Yet, you use Bible's that removed Jehovah's name from the Old Testament. His name is sacred. No one knows how to properly pronounce the tetragrammaton יהוה YHWH, and I'm thankful for that.

But does that mean you should take it upon yourself to remove His name from the Bible?

Masoretic Text...

Genesis 21:33 ASV — And Abraham planted a tamarisk tree in Beer-sheba, and called there on the name of Jehovah, the Everlasting God.

Deuteronomy 28:58 ASV — If thou wilt not observe to do all the words of this law that are written in this book, that thou mayest fear this glorious and fearful name, JEHOVAH THY GOD;

Psalm 83:16 ASV — Fill their faces with confusion, That they may seek thy name, O Jehovah.

Psalm 83:18 ASV — That they may know that thou alone, whose name is Jehovah, Art the Most High over all the earth.

For those who say: "Well it's not in the LXX Septuagint." Well, neither is one of your proof texts for the trinity...

Isaiah 9:6 ~ For a child is born to us, and a son is given to us, whose government is upon his shoulder: and his name is called the Messenger of great counsel: for I will bring peace upon the princes, and health to him.

So now, I need to ask...where's your complaint about that?

You can't have it both ways, be consistent. Using the one (Septuagint text) to push the narrative of why you don't use the Divine Name in the OT and then push the other narrative (Masoretic text) as a proof text for the non-existing trinity of a triune God. If it were really a sound doctrine, many wouldn't be stumbled by it...there are countless trinitarians that don't even fully comprehend it, because it's not sound.

Satan is crafty...and the blind are leading the blind.

2 Corinthians 11:14 ASV — And no marvel; for even Satan fashioneth himself into an angel of light.

It's  your choice...if you prefer to listen and follow doctrines of men and read literature of men or "scholars" as guidance, then this scripture is for you...

Matthew 15:14 ASV — Let them alone: they are blind guides. And if the blind guide the blind, both shall fall into a pit.

Matthew 11:25 ASV — At that season Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou didst hide these things from the wise and understanding, and didst reveal them unto babes:

There are millions of beautiful people in this world, to think that Jehovah would look the other way because of one's choice on religion, shows me, you don't know the Father at all...this goes to Jews and Gentiles.

The choice is yours, you can read the Bible in its entirety, with Jehovah's name in the Old Testament and without Jehovah's name in the New Testament, or you can keep looking the other way. Unless a manuscript comes to light with His Divine Name in the New Testament, it should not be there.

Does that mean one can't read commentary, other Bibles, or listen to someone preach?

Of course not, I read commentary all of the time from everyone, trinitarian or non-trinitarian, all types, but I rely on Jehovah God's WORD ~ The Holy ScripturesHis Holy Spirit, Jesus Christ, for the answers I seek.

Matthew 7:7-8 ASV — Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: for every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

1 Corinthians 1:22-24 ASV — Seeing that Jews ask for signs, and Greeks seek after wisdom: but we preach Christ crucified, unto Jews a stumbling block, and unto Gentiles foolishness; but unto them that are calledboth Jews and GreeksChrist the power of God, and the wisdom of God.

I have no problem reading the Masoretic Text or the LXX Septuagint Text. It all reads the same when you rely on Jehovah and not man and doctrines to guide you...I love all people, regardless of belief or disbelief and you should too. Heart condition...you can't hide it.

When you make it about Religion first, you've made your choice, you are no longer making it about Jehovah God and Jesus Christ...LOVE.

Proverbs 3:5-6 ASV — Trust in Jehovah with all thy heart, And lean not upon thine own understanding: In all thy ways acknowledge him, And he will direct thy paths.

Jehovah God, the Father ~ His Word ~ The Holy Scriptures (Old Testament and New Testament)

Hebrews 4:12-13 ASV — For the word of God is living, and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and quick to discern the thoughts and intents of the heart. And there is no creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and laid open before the eyes of him with whom we have to do.

Jesus Christ ~

Revelation 1:16 ASV — And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth proceeded a sharp two-edged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.

Conclusion: Jehovah God's Word is sharper than what? A sharp two-edged sword.

Head
~ Jehovah God the Father
Head Cornerstone ~ Jesus Christ

Matthew 21:42 ASV — Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The STONE which the builders rejected, The same was made the HEAD of the CORNER; This was from the Lord, And it is marvellous in our eyes?

The same was made from the Lord ~ Jehovah God

John 1:1-2 ASV — In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God.

The Holy Spirit belongs to the Father, it is by His will that one is guided.

2 Peter 1:21 ASV — For no prophecy ever came by the will of man: but men spake from God, being moved by the Holy Spirit.

It's not just about the Law or about the Gospel, it's about both....His WORD ~ The Holy Scriptures (Old and New Testament)
