I had made this wooden box for special keepsakes, a few little notes from my boys and a butterfly necklace my mom made me. 

Genesis 2:8, 9

8 Further, Jehovah God planted a garden in Eʹden, toward the east; and there he put the man whom he had formed. 

9 Thus Jehovah God made to grow out of the ground every tree that was pleasing to look at and good for food and also the tree of life in the middle of the garden and the tree of the knowledge of good and bad.

I made this tag for a design team back in 2016, as I enjoy reflecting on my previous work from the passing years, I'm truly amazed on how much reference I can make by looking at them now and seeing a connection to the Holy Scriptures.

Beauty of a White Heart

I first made this piece in memory of my mom who passed away in 2011. She had such beautiful qualities, so kind and humble, but most of all I felt that she was pure at heart. I was very close to my mom. especially as a very young child, she was spiritually drawn to Jehovah and followed Jesus example as best as she could. 

It's thanks to her that I was born into the world of spirituality and even though I had lost my way, I've never forgottten the love I've felt for Jehovah and Jesus Christ.

Matthew 5:8

“Happy are the pure in heart, since they will see God.

pure in heart: Inwardly clean, referring to moral and spiritual cleanness, including one’s affections, desires, and motives.

see God: Not necessarily to be understood literally, since “no man can see [God] and live.” (Ex 33:20) The Greek word used here for “see” can also mean “see with the mind, perceive, know.” Jehovah’s worshippers on earth thus “see God” by gaining insight into his personality through faith-building study of his Word and by observing his actions in their behalf. (Eph 1:18; Heb 11:27) When resurrected to spirit life, anointed Christians will actually see Jehovah “just as he is.”​—1Jo 3:2.

Create Amazing Art - Father and Son

As I started my journey into mixed media art in 2013, these 2 book boxes became some of my favorite pieces that I had created. It amazes me how much they now help me reflect on Jehovah and his only begotten Son, who became Jesus Christ when on earth. 

There was one Master Worker through whom Jehovah performed his works of creation...

The New Creation ~ New Heaven and New Earth.

The following is highly misunderstood by many...

Ephesians 2:14-18 ASV — For he is our peace, who made both one, and brake down the middle wall of partition, having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; that he might create in himself of the two one new man, so making peace; and might reconcile them both in one body unto God through the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: and he came and preached peace to you that were far off, and peace to them that were nigh: for through him we both have our access in one Spirit unto the Father.

1 Corinthians 15:45 ASV — So also it is written, The first man Adam became a living soul. The last Adam became a life-giving spirit.

Not the same couple as Adam and Eve in Genesis 2. The last Adam, mentioned in Genesis 1, has dominion over the Fish and over ALL the Earth...

Genesis 1:26-27 ASV — And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the heavens, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. And God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

There were NO FISH in the Garden of Eden. 

Adam to keep the Garden, not all of the earth. Eden is part of the Earth, the garden is located in Eden.

Genesis 2:15 ASV — And Jehovah God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.

Memories - Crushed in Spirit

Psalms 34:18

Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit.

At some point we all tend to lose our way. Finding what's important to us is never an easy thing. When I created this tag several years ago, it was created with thoughts of my childhood and the peace that it brought me whenever I was around God's creation.

Looking at it today has made me realize just how much, through out my life, I had been crushed in spirit.

Matthew 11:25

At that time Jesus said in response: “I publicly praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and intellectual ones and have revealed them to young children.

A New Beginning

Genesis 1:1 
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

Hello, last year I made a decision to delete all of my social media accounts, including my blog which I had started back in 2013. In that process I was in the middle of trying to find out who I was and where I belonged, I soon realized, I've always belonged to Jehovah. As I return to my roots, I've decided to reinvent my blog and to keep my original blog name. It is my hope that I reach many, especially those who where once followers.  

I'll start off by posting some beautiful images of God's creation from my backyard, the beach and the lake. Some of my following posts will be of my previous artwork as a reminder to what I've created in the since 2013, but in the future, as I return to my art, it will all be inspired through God's word.
